For urgent inquiries: For almost the entire world, we can provide our services within 2 hours or less. If you are in need of our urgent inquiries service, we can have a representative physically by your side assisting you in the real world within 2 hours.

For short and long-term clients: If you aren't in need of immediate assistance, the same applies, although the process usually takes about 24 hours of preparation in an ideal world. This ensures adequate time to get to know your needs and guarantees our representatives will have all the tailored resources required to assist you to the fullest extent.

If you need guidance: Fill out your information on our contact page and we will call you within the same day (9 AM - 5 PM) to assist you. Alternatively, you can contact us via social media, E-Mail, or WhatsApp.

Once you sign up: You will be given the contact numbers of our 24-hour concierge (a person who is always willing to help) and the number of your operative, along with any other useful information.

For urgent inquiries: The best approach is to purchase the urgent enquiries initial consultation and sign up plan immediately. Within minutes, The Human Network will reach out, and within a matter of hours at most, a representative will be on the ground with you no matter where you are in the world.

Is there a contract or commitment required?

There isn't a contract or commitment in the traditional sense. We want our clients to have freedom when working with us.

If you are signed up with us, you are only obligated to pay the price that is predetermined in our initial consultation and signup process, this is determined by your specific requirements and can vary. If you require additional support at any point you will be informed of any price increase prior to your commitment, our commitment, or the commitment of our representatives. This means you will never have to face hidden costs or unexpected bills when working with The Human Network. We are fully transparent with pricing throughout the entire process.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Up until the point you have committed to and/or met with one of our representatives, you are totally free to cancel or change your plan.

Please note: Our membership initial consultation and signup fees are non-refundable once expended. However, if you purchase one of our products and change your mind before initiation of the signup consultation, your purchase is fully refundable—no questions asked.
